To Heat

• Microwave up to 4 minutes

• Always heat inside your cotton bag to protect the fabric of the heat pack from getting dirty

• Reduce time if reheating shortly after use.

To Clean

• Do not wash or submerge heat pack

• Spot clean gently with a damp cloth if necessary

• Storage bag is machine washable – cold wash, dry flat.

To Store

• Keep in a cool, dry place

• Let pack cool fully before storing 

Safety

• Turntable in microwave must rotate freely

• Test temperature before placing on skin

• Not suitable for children without supervision

• Discontinue use if burnt smell or damage appears
